My career with All Care started in 2017 as a billing clerk, which eventually turned into home health intake. From the day I started with this company I knew that this was not just a job, this was an opportunity for a career. I believed in myself to not only excel in my career, but establish roots with a extraordinary company. With my hard work and dedication, All Care has provided me all I thought I could do, and beyond. In 2019 I took a position in the billing department performing clerical duties, from there I was promoted to AR specialist. With not much knowledge of billing duties, I was able to work along side a wonderful team who also believed in me and showed me the ropes. Working for a company that truly cares about their employees on an individual level is an honor. The support I have from my peers, and supervisor is unlike any company I have worked with in the past. My voice is heard, and the ideas I bring to the table are welcomed and appreciated. I cant wait to continue my career with All Care Health Solutions, and to see what the future holds for me.
