Grand Forks, ND — Edgewood Healthcare is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Estad, MBA, OTR/L, as Chief Operating Officer of the Healthcare Division. In this role, Jennifer will oversee home health, hospice, outpatient therapy, primary care, and on-call nursing programs across the Edgewood Healthcare footprint, further strengthening the organization’s commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
Jennifer has more than 20 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience, with a strong track record of operational excellence, collaboration, and results-driven growth. Most recently, she served as senior director of operations at Altru Health System, where she provided strategic, operational, and regulatory oversight for more than 35 surgical, medical specialty, and ancillary practices.
As Chief Operating Officer, Jennifer will work closely with Edgewood’s clinical and executive leadership teams to strengthen operations, support strategic growth, and advance the organization’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality healthcare.
